Missions
- Worship and praise God in hymns.
- Spread God's good news and salvation through harmonized melody.
- Lead parishioners to pray and to praise God through singing during Mass.
- Worship God by singing on Sunday at 8:15 am mass as well as on other special occasions, such as Christmas, Easter, Patron Saints Feast Day and Weddings, etc.
- Strengthen the bond among choir members and families, deepen their spiritual growth, and polish up their singing techniques.
- Continue the members' enthusiasm to spread the Gospel of Christ through singing.
Group History
The Choir was established in March 1998.
Originally the Choir was intended to be a youth choir to lead the parishioners in praising God through singing. Parishioners of different ages were then attracted to participate.
At present, we have 24 members that includes two conductors and one pianist.
Target Member
- Male or female, adult or youth are welcome. Catechumens are welcome too.
- Audition is required
- Knowledge of playing piano or organ is very much welcome.
